Do you already have an RTD4 interface?
It is the HP Tuners unit that links your machine to our workshop. Your answer changes what we send you.
The right cable is an HP Tuners cable
Look at the connector that plugs into the machine and compare it with this photo: same colour, same shape, same latch.
Only an HP Tuners cable is accepted. No cable from another brand, even a cheaper one.
If you are not sure, send us a photo of the connector and we will get back to you.
