Terms of Use: US and Canada stores

What you buy
A digital tuning file (a calibration) written for the motorcycle brand, model and year you selected. It is delivered electronically after payment. You install it with your own tool: a Dynojet Power Vision 4 (Harley-Davidson) or an HP Tuners RTD4 interface (all other brands). These stores do not sell those tools.
Your vehicle, your responsibility
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to modify it, and that the information you give us (brand, model, year, VIN) is accurate. You are responsible for making sure that installing and using the file complies with the laws and regulations that apply to your vehicle and to where you ride it.
Use at your own risk
Changing an engine calibration can affect your manufacturer warranty, your insurance and how your vehicle behaves. Save a copy of your original calibration before you install anything. PNP TUNE is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect information, incorrect installation, use outside the conditions on the product page, or other changes made to the vehicle.
Delivery and refunds
Files are delivered digitally and cannot be returned. All sales are final once the file has been delivered. If the file does not match the vehicle you ordered it for because of an error on our side, we will correct it or refund you.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars (US store) or Canadian dollars (Canadian store) and are paid by card through Stripe. We do not collect sales tax at checkout. Any sales, use or similar tax that applies to your purchase where you live is your responsibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and disputes are handled by the courts of Switzerland, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
